We fully implement the principles of circular economy and clean production, adhering strictly to the norms of the dyeing and printing industry. By employing advanced processes and equipment and strengthening production and environmental management, we effectively reduce the generation and emission of pollutants.

We optimize and adjust existing production processes by incorporating "dyeing and printing" operations, in line with the "separation of rainwater and sewage, classified treatment, and multiple water usage" principles. A comprehensive water supply and drainage system is established within the plant, equipped with pollution prevention facilities to ensure wastewater is treated separately and reclaimed water is reused. Additionally, a complete rainwater-sewage separation system has been implemented.

During project design, waste gas treatment plans are further optimized to strictly control fugitive emissions. Collection rates, removal efficiencies, exhaust pipe configurations, and heights are designed to meet the requirements specified in the project report.

By selecting low-noise equipment, optimizing workshop layouts, and employing noise reduction measures such as soundproofing, sound absorption, and vibration damping, we ensure that factory boundary noise levels comply with the Environmental Noise Emission Standards for Industrial Enterprises at Boundary.
